Facility
Our factory has about 150 employees, 4 SMT production lines, 2 plug-in production lines, 1 ICT/FCT test line, 1 three-paint spraying line, and 2 finished product assembly lines. A set of mature quality management system, has passed the ISO certification system
Delivery management
PMC department makes production plan, sets the delivery time of the first batch and the last batch as a milepost, schedules ahead, and adjusts equipment and personnel load in the middle batch according to customer requirements by flexible production mode. At the same time, TDK-Tech manufacturing is adopted to make suppliers or customer-supplied materials go online directly after receiving inspection
Production schedule management
The production department precisely controls the time of the product through each process station to reach the Standard working hours production. The process engineer finds out the biggest bottleneck of the flow line within two hours of on-line production, adopts such technological means as making fixture, optimizing operation method, etc. to realize line balanced production.
Quality System
A set of mature quality management system, has passed ISO9000 2015 and IATF16949 certification system.
